LOCATION

Vassar Square is one of the few condos situated directly on the 1.5 mile-long Ventnor Boardwalk - great for walking, running, jogging, strolling, rollerblading, bike riding, meeting friends, relaxing, people watching, or enjoying the sunset. It runs the entire length of Ventnor and connects with the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, about 6 miles in total, and Vassar Square sits at the epicenter.

RESTAURANT / CAFÉ

Our on-site restaurant is located directly from the Boardwalk entrance. What a perfect spot to watch bikers and walkers pass by while enjoying a cup of fresh brewed coffee or eating a delicious meal outside, next to our pool right on the Boardwalk. BEACH CHAIR SERVICE

Step out of Vassar Square onto the beautiful Ventnor beach and right into your beach chair. Your beach chairs can be stored in a “chair corral” for the summer for a nominal seasonal fee. Vassar’s friendly beach staff will carry your chairs to your desired sitting location and return them to the corral at the end of the day.

EXERCISE ROOM

Imagine exercising with beautiful panoramic beach views in front of you. Renovated in 2022 and located on the rooftop level, the expansive vistas of beach, bay, and the Atlantic City skyline will help you through your workout routine. This free facility consists of treadmills, bicycles, weights, and other cardio and exercise equipment.

POOL

Relax, exercise, or play in our beautiful heated outdoor pool, located directly on the Ventnor Boardwalk. Swim laps, participate in free water aerobics classes, or just float your cares away. Bathroom facilities, a water fountain, outdoor shower, and easy access to the elevators are just steps away.

LOBBY

Enjoy spending time in our beautiful lobby located directly off the Boardwalk entrance and car port. This is a favorite spot for our Wine and Cheese Parties and other Vassar celebrations—a great place to socialize and meet up with friends.

LIBRARY

Our lobby level library has a wide assortment of free books, games, and puzzles for residents. In addition, the library is a perfect place for group card games and gatherings.

VALET

Vassar is one of the few buildings on the island that features 24/7 valet parking for residents and guests (when available). Just pull right up to the front door, pack your cart, and walk right onto the elevator with no steps to slow you down.

NOTE: All parking is via valet. 

VIEWS

All of our balconies and public spaces have beach and ocean views.  From your unit, lobby, sun deck, party room, pool or gym - get the best unobstructed views on the island.  Look north toward Atlantic City or south toward Ocean City and beyond.
